SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to enjoy our products and to look after yourself as soon as possible so we do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and to provide any relevant details so you can follow your item's journey to you.
We use NZ Post Tracking for all national postage. Tracking is not optional and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is received.
We will endeavour when possible to have orders sent out the same day if orders are received before 1 pm. Orders received after 1 pm will be the following day.
